SAVOR — Sustainability and Value in Organic Resources SAVOR - Sustainability and Value in Organic Resources is an Erasmus+ KA220-HED project that develops innovative educational resources for sustainable gastronomy, food waste reduction, and the circular economy.

Developed across 5 learning modules by European educational partners, each recipe focuses on sustainability and waste reduction.

European Collaboration
Partners from Spain, Latvia, Bulgaria, Italy, and Portugal, with strategic support from EIT Food CLC South.
