  • 250 ml white vinegar or water
  • Optional: rosemary sprig (traditional in Calabria)
  • Optional: salt (for stronger degreasing)

Method

5 steps
  1. 1 Collect lemon peels — Use fresh peels from cooking.
  2. 2 Place in jar — Add peels and cover with vinegar or water.
  3. 3 Infuse for 24 hours — Natural extraction of oils and citric acid.
  4. 4 Strain — Remove peels and keep the liquid.
  5. 5 Use on surfaces — Apply to stovetops, metal, ceramic, or glass.
